Freelancer LLC – Passenger Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement
California PUC Licensed Chauffeur Services
Freelancer® – “It Pays To Ride”
By registering for or using services under the Freelancer Passengers Loyalty Program (“Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Freelancer Consumer Access Product Disclaimer, and this Subscription Services Agreement.
This Agreement is established in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of California, including compliance with the California Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA).
The Passenger Loyalty Program is billed at $9.95 per month, charged automatically through Stripe Payment Processing.
Your payment credentials are securely stored by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.
Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
A 30-day written notice is required for all cancellations.
Failure to provide notice may result in continued billing for the next monthly cycle.
Either the subscriber or Freelancer LLC may cancel this subscription at any time.

Membership grants access to:
Exclusive passenger ride discounts and special promotional incentives not extended to non-subscribers.
Participation in periodic promotional events and reward opportunities announced on official Freelancer communication channels.
Non-subscribing passengers are subject to
standard service rates, which may
be
substantially higher.
All travel services are billed in 30-minute
increments and are subject to
automatic rate increases during
national holidays.
Promotional notifications and updates are displayed on the Freelancer “Calendar of Events” at www.freelancedrivers.com.
All chauffeurs providing transportation through Freelancer
are independent California business owners, licensed and insured under their own
California Corporation and PUC/TCP permits.
They are not employees of Freelancer LLC or its subsidiaries and operate as separate
entities.
Each driver
operates under their own California PUC/TCP licensing and maintains full compliance with state transportation and
insurance requirements.
All passenger property is handled with professional
care.
Personal belongings remain secure throughout
your journey, without affecting the comfort or
spaciousness of the ride.
All registered trips are subject to applicable service and termination fees, which can be reviewed by contacting Freelancer Support.
Loyalty benefits apply exclusively to active, paid members.
Fare discounts are guaranteed to all active subscription members.
Cash prizes and complimentary event packages are awarded through random selection and announced via official Freelancer social media channels.
Driver and Passenger programs are distinct and offer different benefits.
Drivers are not eligible for passenger promotional incentives, complimentary event packages, or cash prize promotions.
Driver Referral Incentives:
Referral
rewards
require a valid Driver Identification Number (DIN) at the time of registration to qualify for
compensation.
No subscription guarantees exclusive rights to any particular incentive or event.
Freelancer reserves the right to update or
modify this Agreement, pricing, or program
benefits at any time, with or without notice, consistent with California consumer
law.
All subscriptions are subject to applicable
taxes and administrative service fees.
All disputes arising from or related to the use of the
Freelancer platform, website, or travel services shall be resolved
through binding arbitration within the
County of Orange, State of California.
Both parties agree to mediate any claims before pursuing
further legal action, in compliance with California law.
Freelancer LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, consistent with California Civil Code and applicable public utility regulations.
By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and fully understand these Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement.
Agree to all terms, including billing, cancellation, and arbitration provisions.
Understand that this is a month-to-month subscription, requiring a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
Your registration constitutes your digital signature and legal acceptance of this Agreement.
