Based on the 50% standard compensation Paid Subscribers earnings are higher depending on their registered vehicle class (type of vehicle) and number of trip completions.

Freelancer LLC ® offers a controlled scheduling model designed to give professional chauffeurs flexibility without compromising service standards.

Partners may select assignments that best align with their availability, location, vehicle class, and service preferences. Our platform supports a variety of booking types, including point-to-point transfers, hourly and daily engagements, airport flight tracking services, corporate travel, and long-distance excursions—allowing chauffeurs to manage their schedules efficiently while maintaining reliability and professionalism across all services.

Trip Allocations

Freelancer LLC ® utilizes a controlled, technology-driven trip allocation system designed to match each passenger request with the most suitable professional chauffeur. Trip assignments are generated based on vehicle class settings, passenger count, selected vehicle make and model, chauffeur gender preference, and personal property or luggage requirements.

Our system intelligently searches the registered chauffeur database to identify available professionals whose vehicle credentials and accommodations align precisely with the passenger’s request. Once matched, the trip opportunity is securely dispatched to all eligible chauffeurs meeting those criteria.

Chauffeurs retain full discretion to review and accept each trip request. Upon acceptance, the assignment is confirmed and added to the chauffeur’s account with complete travel details, passenger specifications, and pricing transparency—ensuring clarity, control, and operational efficiency for every journey.

Freelancer LLC ® provides transparent and dependable payment processing for all completed services. Earnings displayed with each assignment reflect the confirmed payout, with no hidden deductions beyond agreed terms. Payments are calculated accurately and distributed on a consistent schedule, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly with funds deposited directly into your designated bank account—ensuring clarity, reliability, and confidence in every payout.

Our 24/7 Passenger Support Team is available around the clock to assist with ongoing or upcoming trips, ensuring timely resolutions and seamless service continuity.

For partner chauffeurs, administrative and account-related support is available through structured support channels, including chat and email, complemented by an accessible knowledge base and Help Center resources. This multi-layered support approach ensures responsive assistance, clear communication, and uninterrupted service across all aspects of the Freelancer LLC ® platform.

Onboarding Requirements

To maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and service excellence, Freelancer LLC ® requires all partners and chauffeurs to meet the following onboarding
criteria:

  • Valid business registration – Active and in Good Standing
  • California PUC/TCP Licensure
  • Active Commercial Vehicle Insurance for all chauffeurs and vehicles in operation.
  • Vehicles must be well-maintained, clean, smoke-free, and free of visible damage, meeting all local, state, and regulatory compliance requirements. Some vehicles require California CHP inspection
  • Chauffeurs must demonstrate professional conduct, reliability, and service readiness, including adherence to dress code and passenger-care standards.
  • Compliance with DMV Pull-Notice
    Enrollment in mandated drug/alcohol testing program
  • Enrollment with Los Angeles World Airports - Ground Transportation Permit Program (Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside County Drivers)
  • All partners must remain current with Freelancer LLC® policies, performance standards, and platform updates, ensuring consistent service quality across all engagements.

Meeting these requirements ensures a seamless onboarding process and alignment with Freelancer LLC ®’s executive mobility standards.

Partner / Chauffeur Driver Signup

Freelancer LLC ®’s partner application process is designed to identify and onboard high-caliber, professional chauffeurs who meet our executive service standards. We work exclusively with insured, California PUC/TCP-licensed chauffeurs and chauffeur companies, and our documentation requirements align with local and state regulations—ensuring a streamlined onboarding experience without unnecessary paperwork.

Once submitted, all credentials are securely reviewed through our verification and compliance process. Upon approval, applicants are invited to participate in a scheduled online group webinar, which serves as a mutual introduction and alignment session. This allows both parties to review expectations, service standards, platform operations, and earning opportunities.

Following successful completion of the webinar, partners are activated on the platform and may begin accepting assignments in accordance with availability and performance standards.

All vehicles are less than 5 years old and serviceability inspection is required prior to each daily operation. We offer luxury vehicle with spacious comfort that compliment your business image and success.

COMPENSATION & RANKING

Partner/Drivers Performance Rating Compensation:

A drivers personal rating must be 4.75 or higher with qualified ride completions in accordance with the following schedule to qualify for the following compensation earnings. This earnings schedule applied ONLY to registered subscribed drivers.

Should your registered subscription become invalid, canceled or inactive due to a lapse in membership payments the following compensation schedule become invalid making the driver ineligible for such compensation. Once membership is restored compensation will be reflected and applied based on the drivers rating in accordance to this schedule.

Emerald

  • Trip Completion 250
  • Rating 4.75 or above

Blue Sapphire

  • Ride Completion 500
  • Rating 4.80 or above
Earnings 0.60% of the passengers paid fare

Rhodium

  • Ride Completion 750

All drivers are required to possess the following essentials within their vehicle:

Fleet Accounts

Fleet Accounts Managers must have at least 10 registered drivers All driver accounts must be listed/registered within Freelancer’s database.

Fleet Accounts rewards and incentives are controlled and managed by their fleet management partner.

Loyalty Compensation and Incentive Rewards are offered at the discretion of the fleet managing partner. Fleet managers are not entitled to rewards and incentives on a per driver basis.

Partner/Drivers Compensation

  • Ride Completion 250 – Rating 4.75 or above – Earnings 0.55% of the passengers paid fare
  • Ride Completion 500 – Rating 4.80 or above – Earnings 0.60% of the passengers paid fare
  • Ride Completion 750 – Rating 4.85 or above – Earnings 0.65% of the passengers paid fare
  • Ride Completion 1000 – Rating 4.90 or above – Earnings 0.70% of the passengers paid fare
  • Ride Completion 1250 – Rating 4.95 or above – Earnings 0.75% of the passengers paid fare
  • Ride Completion 1500 – Rating 5.0 or above – Earnings 0.80% of the passengers paid fare

How Earnings are Calculated

Trip duration are billed in 30-minute increments.

Example: A 42-minute trip is billed as 1 hour (60 minutes).

Passengers are allowed to make as many stops as desired as trips are billed based on time whether in a waiting position or stop.

Rating Based on Completed Trips

  • Passenger pays $100 fare
  • Driver Rating is 4.90 or above – 0.70% (1000 Completed Trips)
  • 0.70% x $100 trip/duration fare = $70 compensation
  • Passenger pays $279.31 (Trip Duration Time Only)
  • Driver Rating is 4.90 or above – 0.70%
  • 0.70% x $279.31 trip/duration fare = $195.52 compensation

Unsubscribed drivers compensation will always remain at 50% or less depending on passenger ratings.

Freelancer does not charge surge pricing except on holidays.

Freelancer Paid Holidays

During these national holidays surge pricing apply at 200% of the trip/duration pricing.
