Freelancer recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. If your browser or device sends a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate “Limit the Use” request under CPRA, except as permitted by law (such as security, fraud prevention, or service fulfillment). If our practices change, we will update this notice accordingly.

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before completing your request. Verification may include confirming information you have previously provided to us.
