(“Freelancer,” “Company”) operates as an executive mobility and luxury black car chauffeur-hailing platform providing transportation, hospitality-related services, technology-enabled booking solutions, subscription programs, and loyalty-based incentives through independently licensed professional chauffeurs and affiliated partners.
All services are provided subject to availability, regulatory compliance, and acceptance of Freelancer LLC®’s terms, policies, and operating standards. While Freelancer LLC® establishes service protocols, technology infrastructure, and compliance requirements, transportation services are performed by independently contracted, California PUC/TCP-licensed chauffeurs and partner operators who remain responsible for the operation, safety, and condition of their vehicles.
Freelancer LLC® does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific chauffeur assignment, vehicle type, arrival times, pricing, discounts, loyalty rewards, or complimentary rides, as these may vary based on location, demand, subscription status, performance criteria, and operational conditions. Discounts, loyalty rewards, complimentary rides, and promotional benefits are subject to eligibility requirements, availability, modification, or discontinuation at the sole discretion of Freelancer LLC®.
Subscription services, pricing structures, fare allocations, and driver compensation models—including the ability for chauffeurs to earn up to 80% of passenger-paid fares—are subject to change and do not constitute a guarantee of income or savings. Past performance, incentives, or rewards do not guarantee future results.
Freelancer LLC® provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or outcomes derived from use of the platform or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freelancer LLC® disclaims liability for delays, cancellations, service disruptions, indirect damages, or losses arising from the use or inability to use its services, technology, or affiliated offerings.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any service provided by Freelancer LLC®, users acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer and all related terms, policies, and conditions governing the use of Freelancer LLC®’s platform and services.
All services are subject to availability requiring a 36 hour prior reservation and some services are only available only for registered/subscription members.
